Recently we have introduced a new system to improve access to appointments for our patients.
This has included the incorporation of an extra 40 phone lines and doubling our reception team .
We have also introduced a new Triage system and appointed both a paramedic and a physician Associate
to assist the team to analyse the calls and enable the
best types of appointments to offer the patients which now will include both face to face as well as telemedicine consultations.
We are continually looking forward to expanding the range of services and types of clinicians to help you.
