Any individual registered as a patient with the Cholmley Gardens Medical Centre is invited to contribute to our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
A PPG is a selection of patients and practice staff who to meet at regular intervals to contribute ideas on how to improve the services offered by the practice to patients.
This will be an opportunity to give you input regarding services or processes thus enabling us to enhance your experience of the Practice. We hope that by listening to your ideas and feedback we can develop the services we provide in the future.
Your perspective as a patient is extremely crucial so we can help to offer the best service possible.
